Use and Safety

We at CandleBouquet want you enjoy the beauty and warmth of our candles in the safest manner possible. Please follow these simple steps to maintain your CandleBouquet candles:

• Closely monitor ignited candles at all times.
• Blow out all candles when you leave a room or before you go to bed.
• Keep away from any flammable objects.
• Keep away from drafts.
• Keep away from pets and out of the reach of children.
• Use sturdy candle holders.
• Place candles on a dry, uncluttered surface.
• Keep wicks trimmed to 1/4" at all times.
• Never burn candles for more than two (2) consecutive hours.

Shipping Policy

All CandleBouquet candles are custom made, by hand, with meticulous attention to detail. As such, we ask our valued customers to please allow up to four (4) business days for the completion and shipment of your order.

All orders will be charged an additional fee for shipping and a $5.00 fee for handling and processing of your order.

For our valued customers accepting delivery in warmer climates (temperatures above 80°F), we highly recommend overnight shipping to reduce the damaging effects of warmer temperatures to your CandleBouquet candles. Please note that we will not be responsible for any damage to your order caused by prolonged heat exposure should you choose any other form of delivery. We also recommend that following delivery, you bring your order immediately indoors and keep your order away from direct sunlight/heat.

Return Policy

In the event of physical damage to your order or in the event of delivery of an incorrect item, please contact us at or call 888.978.7354 within three (3) business days from the date of receipt to arrange for a return. We will be responsible for return shipping costs to any order returned due to physical damage or due to delivery of an incorrect item.
